Guest Policies for staying at Orcas Hotel

Deposit Policy: For all refundable reservations, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final charges will be processed the week of check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy varies by rate type. Please review the terms that apply to your reservation:

• Best Available Non-Refundable Rate – Full payment is required at the time of booking. This rate is non-refundable, except that cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, no refunds or credits will be issued.
• Flexible Cancellation Rate – A 50% deposit (including taxes) is required at the time of booking. Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable, and the full cost of the stay will be charged.
• One-Night Summer Rate – This rate allows a single-night stay during periods when a two-night minimum normally applies. Full payment is required at booking. This rate is non-refundable, except for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs 30lbs and under are welcome with a one-time, $100 + tax non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. Only 1 dog per room. You will be required to sign our pet waiver at check-in.

Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking facility. If evidence of smoking of any kind is found in the room, the guest is subject to a $600 fee.

Trundle/Rollaway Charge: A rollaway bed can be provided for a $50 per night fee when booking Starboard Harbor View (Room 2), Buck Bay (Room 8), or Blind Bay (Room 9). The rates for Crow Valley (Room 4) and Harney Channel (Room 10) are based on a maximum of 2 adults.
