Guest Policies for staying at Orcas Hotel

Deposit Policy: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final charges will be processed the week of check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 calendar days before check-in are 100% refundable. Cancellations made within 30 to 7 days of check-in are subject to the full deposit payment (50%), but final charges will be waived. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a charge for the full length of the reservation.

Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved pets. All of our guest rooms are pet-friendly. We allow a maximum of two pets per room. Pets must be on a leash or in a crate when outside the guest room. Pets are not allowed in our indoor dining areas. By accepting the hotel’s pet policy, the owner agrees to be responsible for any damages caused by their pet. A nightly pet fee of $25 per pet will be added to your room rate. Our Pet Policy Agreement will be provided for your approval and signature at check-in.

Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking facility. If evidence of smoking of any kind is found in the room, the guest is subject to a $250 fee.

Trundle/Rollaway Charge: A rollaway bed can be provided for a $35 per night fee when booking Starboard Harbor View (Room 2), Buck Bay (Room 8), or Blind Bay (Room 9). The rates for Crow Valley (Room 4) and Harney Channel (Room 10) are based on a maximum of 3 adults. A nightly fee of $35 will be added to accommodate 4 adults in Rooms 4 or 10.
